Warranty offer process remains the same as earlier where partner can give certificates to end customer through ACN site.
Terms & Conditions
1. Offer is Applicable only for End customer purchases and not valid for bulk/corporate purchases.
2. The offer is valid for purchase made between 17th October 2012-20th November 2012 (both days inclusive)
3. Last Date for the customer logging in claim online is 25th November 2012 00:00Hrs.
4. Offer is applicable only on the series/ models mentioned in the table above. Products that are not part of the series mentioned above have no end customer offer
applicable on them.

6. Acer India’s Nominated Agency Countrywide Network Pvt Ltd. would dispatch the Gifts on receipt of the correct serial number and details from the customer on the
7. These items sent as ‘Gifts’ and the third party brands where applicable, have their own warranty arrangements in India. Acer will not be responsible for the same.
8. Delivery of items is subject to availability of services to the destination (as per postal/mailing address filled in by customer) from the courier company.
9. Acer will not be responsible for any loss of materials in transit through Post or Courier.
10. All disputes would have to be settled in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Acer reserves the right to verify the sale and with‐hold the dispatch of these ‘Gift items’ items if the sale is found not to be in compliance with the requirements of
this scheme. (In case Acer discovers spurious claims from business partners, they are subject to penal action)
12. If the product chosen by customer is not available, Acer reserves the right to offer an equivalent category product of an alternative brand or an alternative product,
whose MRP may be different.
13. Acer India Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, change, modify or withdraw this promotion or its term and conditions without assigning any reason or without giving
any prior notice.
14. Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this promotion and all Acer Products are also available without participation in this promotion, at the
15. The decision of Acer India Pvt Ltd., on any matters in relation to or arising from the promotion shall be final and binding.
16. The value/worth of 'gifts' shown as part of the promo is only indicative of their estimated market value.
17. This offer is not valid for any organizational purchases, educational institutes or special price clearance cases and also not valid for purchase by Acer Business
Partners, Acer National Distributors or Acer Employees, neither for them not for any of their relatives.

2. Customer needs to fill the online form with mandatory details like
a. Valid serial Number of the product
b. Contact information
c. Upload Scan copy of the purchase invoice ( purchase date must be within offer period for gift disbursement )
d. Upload Scan copy of valid ID proof (e.g. passport , Pan card, Driving licence)
3. Upon successful submission of the details customer will get a PDF document which will have a unique approval code please retain this PDF copy and unique
approval code for all communication with the disbursement agency.
4. For the Gifts where customer has to pay the processing charges, they need to send the Demand draft or A/c Payee cheque (payable at par) for the mentioned value
and send it along with the print out of the PDF(Unique approval code) and photo id proof to the following address:

5. The demand draft or A/c Payee Cheque (payable at par) should be drawn in favor of “Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd.”
6. Within 7 days of receiving the complete documents our authorised agency will send the acknowledgement to the registered email id.
7. Despatch of the gifts:
a. gift will be despatched within 30 days from the date of registration.
- Please note that this offer is valid only for customers and end users.
- ONLY ONE GIFT PER CUSTOMER IS ALLOWED,
- The claim will be processed only if Name of the customer on the invoice and Photo id is same.
- Multiple registrations under the same email id or phone numbers will not be processed and rejected.
